Kristian Brakvatne has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Ditio. Brakvatne brings extensive experience in the international scaling of B2B SaaS companies, with expertise in growth strategy, building high-performing teams, and executing global implementation programs.

Building on a strong foundation
Under the leadership of Thor Petter Korsmo, Ditio has delivered impressive results. In 2025, the company surpassed NOK 30 million in annual recurring revenue while maintaining profitable operations and has secured most of Norway’s largest contractors as customers. Korsmo will continue as COO, with a focus on customer value and operational execution.
