About us
Ditio provides real-time oversight and structure for construction projects. We ensure better control, safer decisions, and more profitable project delivery.
Our history
Ditio was established in 2015. Behind the initiative stood the experienced contractor Jim Helldal (Helldal AS) and developer Jacob Døskeland. The ambition was clear: to develop an IT system that makes construction projects more profitable.
The starting point was a concrete need in the industry. Contractors lacked a tool that captures and documents what actually happens out on the projects, in real time. Without precise documentation, it becomes challenging to ensure progress, quality, and correct settlement.
Today, Ditio is used by most of the major construction companies in Norway. The platform gives contractors better control in their projects, a safer basis for decisions, and documentation they can trust. At the same time, we continuously develop the solution in close collaboration with our customers — to stay ahead of the needs in an industry with tight margins.
